I didn't want a lot of scaring so I opted not to Have a lift. I liked the idea of going above the muscle, and no lift. Quick recovery, and minimal scaring. I had enough breast tissue that with implants in place my breast felt completely natural. Without the lift my breast naturally have a tear drop shape to them. I am very pleased with my results.
